Cancelation Policy
Whether you come to me for beautiful nails and laughter, relaxation and self-care, deep healing, a safe space to offload your troubles, I am proud to provide that for you. My work is my passion, and I am deeply committed to creating an environment where you feel nurtured, valued, and supported by providing the highest level of care and presence to everyone who walks through my door.
To respect both my time and yours, I kindly ask that all appointment changes or cancellations be made with at least 48 hours' notice.
Unfortunately, last-minute cancellations and no-shows have a significant impact, not only on my business but also on other clients who are unable to book in. I am often fully booked well in advance, and when appointments are missed, it affects both myself and those who are waiting for an opportunity to receive therapies.
To create fairness and balance, the cancellation policy is as follows:
✨ Less than 48 hours notice – 50% of the appointment fee will be charged.
✨ Less than 24 hours notice or no-shows – 100% of the appointment fee will be charged.
These charges are payable to book another appointment.
